Custom Walkway with Integrated Drainage & Safety Lighting

This project was designed to enhance accessibility, safety, drainage performance, and long-term property value.

We constructed a custom curved paver walkway that seamlessly connects three essential access points of the home:

• Driveway
• Front Entrance
• Side Door

The walkway was installed with a contrasting border to create clean architectural definition and a refined, structured appearance that complements the stone façade of the home.

Along the foundation, we installed a decorative river rock bed paired with low-maintenance plantings to create a polished landscape finish while reducing upkeep.

To ensure proper water management, we extended and redirected the downspouts beneath the walkway. This allows gutter water to discharge safely away from the house and hardscape, protecting the foundation and preventing erosion or future water damage.

For added security and nighttime visibility, we installed low-voltage outdoor lighting along the walkway. These fixtures are not only designed to illuminate the path, but more importantly to enhance safety, guide movement, and create a welcoming nighttime presence.
