This project began with the removal of an aging elevated wood deck and outdated stairs, replacing them with a seamless, single-level outdoor living space designed for comfort, flow, and long-term durability.
🔥 Custom Fire Pit Gathering Area
A new patio layout was created to center around a custom fire pit, providing a warm and inviting space for family gatherings, relaxation, and year-round outdoor enjoyment.
🧱 Unified Patio Design
The new ground-level patio connects multiple access points of the home, creating smooth transitions between:
✔️ The driveway
✔️ The rear entrance
✔️ Secondary home access points
This integrated layout improves both functionality and everyday usability of the backyard.
💡 Landscape Lighting Enhancement
Low-voltage garden lighting was installed to enhance nighttime ambiance, improve safety, and highlight the architectural features of the outdoor space.

The final result is a cohesive outdoor environment that blends hardscape, lighting, and landscape elements into one unified outdoor living experience — transforming the backyard into a functional extension of the home.
